A two hour multi-sensory experience where sound, Usui Reiki (see definition in FAQ section below), intentional complementary hospitality, reflection and ritual come together as one cohesive journey rather than existing as separate elements.
Our 3 session package is designed as a journey within, to experience and let go of deep emotion hidden in parts of your body or consciousness; grieve any losses; and be inspired to embark on something new.

What is Usui Reiki?
What is Usui Reiki?
Usui Reiki is a form of energy work/healing/facilitating that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It was developed by Mikao Usui, and it’s one of the most widely practiced styles of Reiki today.
Usui Reiki is based on the idea that a universal life energy—often called “ki” (similar to “chi” in Chinese traditions) which flows through all living things. Practitioners believe that when this energy is low or blocked, it can contribute to stress or illness, and when it flows freely, it supports balance and well-being.
How it works
In a typical Usui Reiki session:
The client is fully clothed and lays comfortably on a massage table.
The practitioner lightly places their hands on or just above the body with consent
They focus on channeling this universal energy to the recipient to balance the body’s energy centres
The goal is to promote renewal, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes over the next few days.
Some individuals/ clients feel where the energy is blocked and moving in their bodies and some do not; there is no wrong experience.
It’s non-invasive and doesn’t involve massage, manipulation, or medication and is considered a complementary wellness service.

Heck no! We keep everything confidential and no overlapping appointments. This means even though you may want to stay forever, you have to keep your time commitment and leave when your time is up.
